Clyde Shanks was appointed to co-ordinate a major full planning application for a large, zoned housing site at Gransha Road in Bangor. As a major planning application this has involved PAN, PAD and PACC.  In accordance with the post Covid protocols an online public consultation magazine was prepared and hosted on our website prior to a full planning application submission to Ards and North Down Borough Council.  The site is zoned for housing within draft BMAP which identifies a number of key site requirements.
