Clyde Shanks was appointed to co-ordinate an application for full planning permission for 50 dwellings at Kilvergan Road, Aghacommon.

As a major planning application the planning application was the subject of PAN, PAD and PACC with Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council.  We prepared an online consultation magazine to inform members of the public of the proposals in accordance with the consultation regulations that were introduced post the outbreak of Covid.  The application submission comprised a design and access statement prepared by us in close collaboration with the scheme architects, The Designworks Studio.  It was supported by a range of environmental reports addressing ecology, air impact assessment, flood risk assessment, noise impact assessment and a transportation statement.

Planning permission was secured in January 2023 and construction is advanced on-site.
