Preparation of full planning application for mixed use development comprising 119 dwellings and 29,500 sq. ft of start up employment floorspace.  This has involved co-ordination of professional team to prepare Environmental Statement, public consultation and wider application package.

Planning permission was granted by LCCC in September 2020.  The land is now owned by Lagan Homes and construction is underway on site.
