Co-ordination of planning submissions to finalise Readers Park development (140 dwellings in total) and adjust proposed development of next phase of development at Templepatrick Road (59 units) to be known as Ollar Valley which will include a roundabout junction on Templepatrick Road as part of the associated Ballyclare relief Road.

Reserved matters submissions for the initial phase of the relief road, 272 dwellings and local centre north of Doagh Road with permissions secured from DfI Planning in May 2019.

Reserved Matters application for 700 dwellings and northern section of Ballyclare Relief Road on large section of northern outline site; submission to DfI in December 2020.
