Clyde Shanks was appointed by Mid Ulster District Council to co-ordinate a fresh public consultation exercise in support of a planning application for a new community, health and wellbeing hub on the site of the existing leisure centre in Coalisland.  The new facility will include a 225 seater community hall, a fitness suite, day-care facilities and a new 3G synthetic pitch and 6-lane running track.

This included hosting two online webinars with local residents and Councillors and production of a Community Consultation report.
