Former Belfast Telegraph Printing Hall, Royal Avenue
The Brief
Clyde Shanks was appointed by Limelight Belfast Ltd to co-ordinate a full planning application for change of use of the former Belfast Telegraph printing hall to a multi-functional conference centre. The building has operated in recent years as a major niche entertainment space attracting music events and corporate launches under temporary planning permission.
Our Role
We co-ordinated and presented the application.
The Outcome
The application was presented to Belfast City Council’s planning committee in March 2024, which unanimously endorsed the recommendation to approve.
