Clyde Shanks was appointed by the Limelight Belfast Ltd to co-ordinate a full planning application for change of use of the former Belfast Telegraph printing hall to a multi-functional conference centre.  The building has been operating in recent years as a major niche entertainment space attracting major music events, corporate event launches under temporary planning permission.  The application was presented to Belfast City Council’s planning committee in March 2024 and they unanimously endorsed the recommendation to approve.
