Clyde Shanks was appointed by MRP to co-ordinate a planning application for managed purpose-built student accommodation at Bruce Street in Belfast City Centre. The development comprises of 269 ensuite studio apartments offering ‘all-in’ student living within a 15-storey building.  In addition to the studios there are a range of design led hub spaces, private study and dining rooms and a gym.  The planning application was submitted to Belfast City Council in September 2021 and approved in March 2022.  The development was constructed by MRP for student accommodation provider Vita Group and represents its first student accommodation in Belfast – the building was completed in summer 2023 in advance of the start of the 2023/24 university term.
