Appointed in November 2015 to advise on preparation of objector evidence against granting of a public house licence at Crumlin Road, Belfast.  This has involved planning history review, gathering of vicinity evidence and advice to instructing solicitor and Senior Counsel in advance of a hearing anticipated in early 2016.
