We are delighted that DfI has today granted full planning permission for arc21’s proposed integrated residual waste management facility at Hightown Quarry.  This follows a public hearing before the Planning Appeals Commission last October and the PAC’s comprehensive endorsement of the planning arguments presented by us and arc 21’s professional team.  It is a critical piece of waste infrastructure that is needed in NI.
