Since early 2015 Clyde Shanks has been retained by WeLink, a solar farm developer, to appraise a portfolio of 15 sites across Northern Ireland for large scale PV ranging between 4.9MW to 100MW.  The appraisals examined overall planning risk associated with potential projects and the requirements regarding meaningful public consultation and design and access statements.
