We were appointed in March 2014 to advise Turkington Group on a submission to the Council in assisting their selection as preferred developer on lands at Holywood RFC.  This involved presenting a proposal for a retail and residential mixed use scheme which is anticipated to be the subject of early planning application preparation in Spring 2016.
