The Brief
Clyde Shanks was appointed by RUAS to secure reserved matters permission for a 140-dwelling development on its former Showgrounds site at Balmoral, and to assist the Society in preparing a robust brief to secure a joint venture development partner.
Our Role
We co-ordinated architectural, transport, landscape and land contamination advice through the reserved matters process.
The Outcome
Approval was secured for this highly desirable and valuable South Belfast site.
