We submitted a full planning application to Belfast City Council in March 2017 for this landmark new office building following a positive PAD engagement.  It includes ground floor retail and café uses to animate the Dublin Road and Bankmore Square frontages as well as over 250,000 sq. ft of net lettable Grade A office space.  The proposal was endorsed by BCC’s planning committee, subject to resolution on a section 76 agreement.
