The Brief
A full planning application for a landmark new office building providing over 250,000 sq ft of net lettable Grade A office space, with ground floor retail and cafe uses animating the Dublin Road and Bankmore Square frontages.
Our Role
We led a positive pre-application engagement and submitted the full planning application to Belfast City Council in March 2017.
The Outcome
The proposal was endorsed by Belfast City Council’s planning committee, subject to resolution of a Section 76 agreement.
