Northway Mushrooms, Ballygawley
The Brief
Clyde Shanks was appointed by Northway, a producer organisation representing over 30 strawberry and mushroom growers, to advise on a £15 million proposal for an innovative in-vessel composting and waste facility at Ballygawley.
Our Role
We prepared and submitted a full planning application informed by an intensive pre-application discussion process with DoE Planning and statutory consultees in Dungannon, and engaged in political briefings to secure DARD support.
The Outcome
Planning permission was secured within five months of submission.
