Clyde Shanks has managed applications to redevelop two petrol filling stations sites for Nicholl Fuels.  The first application on Belfast’s Saintfield Road involved reviewing a stalled planning application to address Environmental Health and Transport NI.  We also managed submission of a full application for an expanded site at Greysteel.  This was submitted with a Design and Access Statement and full TA.  Planning permission has been secured for both sites.
