We were appointed to advise our client on the planning potential for an underutilised and informal parking area in the centre of Dunloy village.  We subsequently prepared an outline planning application for a Petrol Filling Station and related retail units, co-ordinating architectural, land contamination and transport inputs and securing outline planning permission in June 2014.
