Clyde Shanks has been retained by ABO Wind NI to advise on several of its NI based windfarm development projects since 2012.  We have co-ordinated PAD submissions, ES production and planning application management.  Our role has included preparation, editing and submission of further environmental information submissions and preparing and co-ordinating expert witness evidence for appeal hearings working closely with Senior Counsel.
