Gavin is a chartered planner with 19 years experience gained initially with DoE and for the last 13 years in consultancy.  Now a Planning Director in Clyde Shanks, he has considerable knowledge in guiding development proposals through to permission across all property sectors with particular expertise in housing and renewable energy work.  He enjoys running and is a regular in CS fundraising events.
