Clyde Shanks was appointed to co-ordinate the planning application process for Yotel’s first hotel in Northern Ireland at a key gateway site at Shaftesbury Square in Belfast.  We have worked with Consarc as part of an engaging pre-application discussion with Belfast City Council to agree the design of a 164 bed hotel at Botanic Avenue.  The application has progressed well and is due to be considered by BCC planning committee in August 2025.
