We have acted for Wine Inns and Winemark on a number of licensing cases across Northern Ireland including in Belfast, Dundonald and Bangor presenting evidence to the County Court and High Court as Expert witness and preparing of proofs of evidence, working closely with instructing solicitors, traffic engineers and Senior Counsel.
