Clyde Shanks has acted for Wine Inns and Winemark on a number of licensing cases across Northern Ireland, including in Belfast, Dundonald and Bangor.
Our Role
We presented evidence to the County Court and High Court as expert planning witness and prepared proofs of evidence, working closely with instructing solicitors, traffic engineers and Senior Counsel.
