The Brief
Clyde Shanks was appointed by Phillips VW to secure full planning permission for a new purpose-built showroom adjacent to the Dobbies retail centre on Lisburn’s Saintfield Road, allowing relocation from existing premises.
Our Role
We initiated a competitive architect selection process and co-ordinated the planning application submission, including engaging local community and political representatives.
The Outcome
Planning permission was secured in a timely manner and the facility has been constructed.
