We co-ordinated a full application for a mixed use leisure proposal on an under-utilised site in Craigavon.  This included an Omniplex anchored cinema and surrounding restaurant village.  Working closely with the architect and transport engineer we secured planning permission within six months of appointment.  Construction work began promptly and it is now operational and trading well.
