We were appointed to prepare the planning evidence  to support an application for a liquor licence for a new towpath pub/restaurant.  This involved articulating the level of unmet demand from those resorting to the vicinity. We worked closely with the Instructing solicitor and Senior Counsel in presenting evidence to the County Court. The licence was granted by the Court and ‘Sintons at the Bridge’ is now open and trading well.
