Following a successful Pre-Application Discussion (PAD) with Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council (LCCC), Clyde Shanks submitted a full planning application for a proposed distillery, tourist visitor centre, restaurant, bar and gift shop at Killaney Estate, Co Down.  Planning permission was secured within six months of submission following planning committee contested by a third party and the site is now built and operational.  We also advised Hinch at Craigavon Court securing the mandatory liquor licence post planning permission.
