Clyde Shanks was appointed by Ballykeel Beg Ltd to co-ordinate a full planning application for a new 5*hotel including spa adjacent to Royal Portrush Golf Club.  We engaged in pre-application discussion, managed community consultation and co-ordinated all the supporting technical documentation to secure a prompt planning permission.  We subsequently discharged the related planning conditions.  This beautiful addition to the Causeway Coast opened in early 2025.
