Clyde Shanks were instructed by CRASH Services to apply for planning permission to change the use of an existing vehicle dismantling and de-pollution facility within Hydepark Industrial Estate, Mallusk to a vehicle repair facility with ancillary valet and storage.

Planning permission was granted by Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council in June 2025.
