Clyde Shanks was appointed to prepare a planning proof of evidence to support an application for a 5 1(b) off sales licence. This involved extensive land use research of the wider Boucher area to establish the extent of workers and shoppers drawn in to the area, capturing the volume of daily traffic movements and identifying vicinity, adequacy and need evidence for the Court. His Honour Judge Devlin accepted our analysis on the legal tests and proceeded to issue provisional grant at March 2016 hearing. The new facility is now open and trading well.
