Following positive Pre-Application engagement with Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council, we prepared and submitted a planning application for an agricultural vehicle servicing workshop and sales depot at Glenavy Road, Moira allowing John McElderry (Motors & Tractors) Ltd to relocate from their existing constrained premises at Altona Road, Lisburn. Permission was secured in six months.
